Experienced a water loss that spread from the bathroom, out into my whole dining room and living room. I wanted to find someone local and quick, and Dylan arrived within 2hrs! The service was phenomenal! He walked me through everything, and I handled the insurance stuff, MAN! Literally made a phone call and from that point on, I didn't have to do anything. He even gave me a few tips on how to handle my insurance when it came to accommodations for the loss!

I highly recommend his services! They are thorough, and the work he does is exceptional!

I can’t say enough good things about Dylan!

We had a toilet seal mishap that flooded our bathroom, and I reached out to him pretty stressed about potential water damage. He was at our house within an hour, which honestly gave us so much peace of mind.

He did a completely free assessment and walked us through everything he was checking. What really stood out was how honest he was. He explained what the moisture readings meant and let us know that because we have tile on both the floors and walls, along with what his meter was showing, we were actually in a good spot.

He didn’t try to upsell us or push unnecessary work. He did mention one cracked tile we should keep an eye on so water doesn’t get underneath it, and even offered to come back after the plumber fixes the toilet to double-check everything.

If you are reading this because you’ve had water damage in your home-- I’m so sorry and what a stressful experience! That said, everyone in Austin should know about the incredible peace of mind Dylan at Taylor Restoration Services brought us during what was a nightmare homeownership moment.

Our HVAC outtake line backed up and began slowly dripping which was completely unnoticeable until hours later when water started coming up from under the floor. Within two hours of our call, Dylan was at our home taking moisture readings everywhere that could have been affected. He ultimately found the worst pooling of water in an area that showed no visible signs of damage, which could have easily been missed.

From the very first visit, Dylan clearly explained the entire remediation process, was meticulous and thorough with photos and moisture measurements, and handled everything with total professionalism. He also worked directly with our insurance and provided trusted referrals for the restoration work, making the whole process far less overwhelming.

Dylan at Taylor Restoration has been a valuable partner of our business. We deal with roofing and often our customers are calling us after leaks have reached the interior. This often means mold in the attic and walls due to roofs leaking a lot longer than the homeowners realized.
